## Description

Our American-Made Cast Iron is sand-cast at a single American foundry, then machined, lathed, and buffed to a smooth finish that lets seasoning bond evenly, melt after melt. The Butter Warmer arrives pre-seasoned in our proprietary organic flaxseed oil blend, prized for its smooth polymerization and golden finish. Cast iron's signature heat retention holds butter, ghee, and sauces at an even, gentle temperature long after the pan leaves the burner, and the surface only grows more naturally non-stick with every use.

Designed for the small jobs that deserve their own pan, our Cast Iron Butter Warmer is sized for melting butter, clarifying ghee, blooming garlic and spices, and warming a drizzle of sauce. ## Care

For most meals, cleaning cast iron takes less than five minutes.

- Let the pan cool slightly
- Rinse with hot water and scrub
- A small amount of mild soap is completely fine to use if you want to cut grease or fully clean the pan.
- Dry thoroughly.
- Once dry, apply a very thin layer of seasoning wax or high-smoke point oil.
- Place the lightly oiled pan over medium-high until you see faint wisps of smoke.
